NextHop Names Michael Will as Vice President
Customer Operations
MOUNTAIN VIEW, California — December
11, 2005—NextHop
Technologies® Inc., the leader in networking
software solutions, today announced the promotion
of Michael Will to vice president, Customer Operations.
Mr. Will previously served as director of customer
operations for NextHop. Prior to that he was
vice president of worldwide customer service and
operations at Larscom Inc. With this promotion, he
will become an executive officer of the company.

market acceptance for our company vision and our products,"

our customers ramping production, Mike Will’s
operational experience with OEMs, ODMs and services

Mr. Will is responsible for support, operations, quality,
training, and professional services for NextHop. Mr.
Will comes to NextHop with over 20 years of customer
facing operational experience including technical support,
quality, assembly and manufacturing, business operations,
factory repair, field service, corporate training and
service sales. Will earned electronic engineering
degrees in both video and biomedical technologies from
Brown Institute, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and holds
service management certifications from the University
of Wisconsin.
